Advanced Chiropractic Relief does not accept or bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and CareCredit.
Because we do not bill insurance directly, we cannot guarantee whether an insurance company will reimburse any part of your visit. However, we can provide the appropriate ICD 10 and CPT codes upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
