At Advanced Chiropractic Relief, we offer the Ring Dinger® adjustment, a full-spine manual decompression technique developed by Dr. Gregory Johnson. This highly effective chiropractic method stretches the spine along the Y-axis, relieving pressure on spinal discs, restoring alignment, and improving mobility. By creating negative pressure within the discs, it can help retract bulging or herniated material, reducing nerve compression and promoting natural healing.
Dr. Gregory Johnson is the creator of the trademarked Ring Dinger® adjustment, a manual spinal decompression technique performed along the Y axis. At Advanced Chiropractic Relief, Dr. Tristan Wendt uses the Ring Dinger® technique for eligible patients who may be experiencing spinal compression, nerve pressure, back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, bulging discs, or related spinal conditions.
This non surgical chiropractic spinal decompression technique is designed to carefully stretch the spine, support proper alignment, and help reduce pressure on irritated nerves and injured spinal discs. By helping relieve compression within the spine, this technique may support healthier movement, improved comfort, and better function as part of a personalized chiropractic care plan.
Dr. Johnson developed this technique to apply a controlled, high-velocity decompression force along the Y-axis, allowing for full spinal realignment in one motion. This process helps relieve tension, increase disc space, and encourage the reabsorption of displaced disc material. The adjustment restores mobility, reduces restrictions, and promotes optimal spinal function.
During the Ring Dinger® the patient will be lying on their back with legs elevated and hips secured to the specialized table. The Chiropractor will then use a towel to apply controlled pressure in one smooth motion to manually decompress the entire spine. After the full spinal decompression on the Y-Axis, the chiropractor will perform a few more adjustments to the neck and spine. The Ring Dinger® is just one adjustment that fits into the entire Johnson BioPhysics™ adjustment technique that manipulates all vertebrae and extremities and adjusts along the X, Y & Z axis.
At Advanced Chiropractic Relief, we proudly offer Dr. Johnson’s Ring Dinger® adjustment to help patients achieve lasting relief and improved spinal health. Conditions we often treat include:
Patients with all kinds of conditions including sports injuries, herniated discs, sciatica, neck pain, back pain and many more challenges come to Advanced Chiropractic Relief from around the world. Over the years we’ve helped thousands of patients with severe to mild conditions and even helped many patients prevent unnecessary back surgery.
The Ring Dinger® is a trademarked manual spinal decompression technique originally created by Dr. Gregory Johnson. The technique is performed along the Y axis of the spine and is designed to help reduce spinal compression, support better alignment, and relieve pressure on the joints, discs, and nervous system.
At Advanced Chiropractic Relief, Dr. Tristan Wendt provides the Ring Dinger® technique for eligible patients as part of a personalized chiropractic care plan. This technique may be recommended for patients experiencing back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, bulging discs, chronic discomfort, or symptoms related to spinal compression.
The Ring Dinger® is performed as one part of a full body chiropractic adjustment approach. By evaluating the spine, posture, joints, and extremities, Dr. Wendt can better understand each patient’s condition and determine which techniques may be appropriate for their care. The goal is to address spinal stress, improve mobility, and help the body function with less pressure and restriction.
Every patient is different, which is why Advanced Chiropractic Relief begins with a detailed consultation and examination before treatment. If the Ring Dinger® technique is appropriate for your condition, Dr. Wendt will explain how it works, what to expect, and how it may support your path toward better movement, comfort, and overall spinal health.
New patients undergo a thorough neurological and orthopedic exam, along with a patient history. If you qualify for care, treatment begins that same day. You will receive a full-body Johnson BioPhysics™ adjustment, including the extremities, and the Ring Dinger® decompression.
Each visit includes treatment along the X, Y, and Z axes, as well as customized exercises to extend results. Most patients see relief within 1-3 days.
Advanced Chiropractic Relief takes a full body approach to treatment. After thoroughly examining the patient the chiropractor Dr. Wendt will go about treating the full patient by focusing on challenging areas and the root of the issue. This full body approach along with spinal decompression helps align the spine and takes pressure off the spine and joints and removes interferences that may be like subluxations. This promotes healthy flow of water, oxygen, and nutrient rich fluids back to the discs in the spine. This proven technique promotes the body to continue to heal and improve its neurological function while providing lasting relief.
While the Ring Dinger® technique is safe and effective for many, it may not be appropriate for everyone. Patients with the following conditions should consult with a healthcare provider before undergoing treatment:
Some mild soreness after the first adjustment is common as the body adapts. Only a licensed and experienced chiropractor should perform this adjustment to ensure safety.
Advanced Chiropractic Relief does not put patients on long-term care plans and only accepts patients they believe they can help. Thousands of patients have found lasting relief, and many have avoided invasive procedures, saving time and money.
At Advanced Chiropractic Relief, we believe in providing focused, personalized chiropractic care without placing patients on long term treatment plans. Our goal is to help each patient understand their condition, receive appropriate care, and learn how to support better spinal health outside the office.
